Xiaojing (Michelle) Zheng
I was born and raised in China, and moved to Canada in 2003. I obtained my combined bachelor degrees in Economics and Business Administration and master degree in Public Administration.
With over a decade of experience working in the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education for the Saskatchewan provincial government, I developed a strong foundation in public service.
In 2019, I became a Notary Public in Saskatchewan, discovering a deep passion for the legal profession and a sense of fulfillment in serving the community.
To further enhance my expertise, I pursued and obtained my second Master’s degree in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University, took the Statutory exams and won the 17th Annual Prof. Robert Reid Award for achieving the highest mark in Property Law, and commissioned proudly in the BC Superior Court as a Notary Public.
My unique combination of integrity, expertise, and specialized legal education allows me to stand proudly among other legal professionals, committed to providing exceptional service to my clients.

I moved to Canada to join my family in 2013, leaving behind a 10-year career as an armed police officer and then as a specialized human resource specialist in nation owned corporation. These past experiences have enabled me to face various challenges with confidence, while also cultivating a resilient spirit and a diligent work ethic.
After arriving in Canada, I embarked on a new journey as an entrepreneur, first starting my own business as an automobile dealer and then expanding into importing and wholesaling in international trade. Through these experiences, I gained valuable insights into building strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and, most importantly, clients.
